Our educational activities are located in our three urban areas: Ramnäs, Virsbo, and Surahammar. This includes preschool, preschool class, primary school, adapted primary school, after-school care, and youth centers.

We have development-oriented and pleasant preschools distributed across our three urban areas: Virsbo, Ramnäs, and Surahammar for children aged 1–5 years. Here, you have the chance to help drive the development of preschool education forward. All staff have access to iPads and Mac computers as tools for documentation. We implement all staff in ICDP, the International Child Development Programme, which is a health-promoting program aimed at strengthening psychosocial care competence. Preschool educators are trained theoretically and practically in the program. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a substitute childcare worker for the preschool in Virsbo.

Your work will involve creating conditions for both the individual child's learning and development as well as for the group of children. The children's integrity should play a significant role in your work with them. You will plan, document, follow up, and reflect continuously to develop the educational activities together with your colleagues in the department. In your contact with guardians, you will maintain an open and trust-building approach to create good and sustainable relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a childcare education or equivalent pedagogical training. Previous experience working with children aged 1–5 years is an advantage.

You have the ability to see the child's needs and are familiar with the curriculum and can implement it in practice.

You enjoy working in teams and have good collaboration skills while also being able to work independently and take responsibility for the department's educational activities in consultation with your colleagues. We want you to be engaged and have a desire to drive the work forward. Personal suitability is highly valued.
